Checkout returns a versioned server quote for your parcel, selected services, currency, applicable tax and final amount. Catalogue prices are for browsing, not payment authorization.
When you first choose monitoring, an available visit starts selected with its separate fee visible. You can remove it; your explicit opt-out is kept. Confirm all selections before paying.
The first monitoring month starts when the initial payment is confirmed. Until the baseline is usable, the service shows “baseline screening in progress”, not a completed monitoring check. Eligible previously screened parcels can add monitoring without buying screening again.
Monitoring consent does not authorize an automatic debit. Your account shows the supported renewal payment action and cancellation status. Screening and the initial visit are never added to a routine monthly renewal.
A paid visit is not a booked or completed visit. Scheduling, submitted observations, and reviewed evidence are shown separately. Records-based screening can be delivered while the visit is pending; accepted new field evidence produces a linked report revision.
